Alajari Joseph made a new record. Before him the record was made by Pakistani fast bowler Sohail Tanveer of Rajasthan Royals. He got 6 wickets for 14 runs in 4 overs. That match was against Chennai Superkings. Joseph bold Warner on his first ball and bowled for 3.4 overs and completed his six wickets by making Siddhartha Kaul caught out by Quinton De Cock.

In this match Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and choose to bowl. The total score of Mumbai Indians was 136/7. Kayron Pollard played an inning of 46 runs. This score was supposed to be normal in front of the batting of Sunrisers Hyderabad but with the help of tremendous bowling of Joseph and Rahul Chahar Sunrisers were all out at a score of 96. Mumbai Indians gave a chance to Joseph in the place of Lasith Malinga in this important match against Sunrisers Hyderabad. This 22 years old young man got a wicket on his first ball and then he was able to make this record.

His next target was Rashid Khan. On the next ball he caught him. He welcomed Rashid Khan with a short ball and Rashid tried to pull but the ball was in the air and caught by Joseph and he got his 4th wicket.
In the next over, Joseph bold Bhuvneshwar,the captain of Sunrisers. Bhuvneshwar had not reply of the fast bowling of Joseph. With this Joseph completed his five wickets. On the 4th ball of the over he took the wicket of Siddhartha Kaul. The length ball of Joseph took the upper edge of the bat and the wicketkeeper Quinton De Cock took an easy catch. With this, Sunrisers’ team were all out on 96 runs and Mumbai won the match by 40 runs.
